Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Silver Fox Dynamics' services, websites, applications, and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services Provided
Silver Fox Dynamics offers a range of digital solutions including but not limited to:

- ✓ IT consultation and technical advisory services
- ✓ Software maintenance, support, and ongoing updates
- ✓ Cloud infrastructure management and DevOps services
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
Account Security
Maintain the confidentiality of credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Accurate Information
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services or submitting forms.
Legal Compliance
Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited Activities
Not engage in any activity that disrupts our services or infringes on other users' rights.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services — including software, code, designs, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Silver Fox Dynamics and protected by intellectual property laws.
Our Rights
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to our services and all related IP.
Your Rights
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it for service delivery.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our services without explicit written permission.
Payment Terms
For paid services, the following terms apply:
- ✓ Fees are quoted in PKR or USD and are subject to applicable taxes
- ✓ Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing
- ✓ Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate
- ✓ All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement
- ✓ We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved online payment methods
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the course of engagement — including business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and any non-public information. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this agreement for a period of 5 years.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Fox Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- → Your use or inability to use our services
- → Unauthorised access to our servers or your personal information
- → Any interruption or cessation of service transmission
- → Bugs, viruses, or similar threats transmitted through our services
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
Terminated by Us
We may suspend services for violations, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Terminated by You
You may terminate by discontinuing use of our services and deleting your account.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.
Continued use = acceptance
By continuing to access or use our services after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Silver Fox Dynamics disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
