We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to our services, including all related intellectual property rights.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services, but grant us a license to use it for service delivery.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without explicit permission.
For paid services, the following terms apply:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the course of engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and any non-public information.
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of this agreement for a period of 5 years.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Fox Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.
We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
You may terminate this agreement by discontinuing use of our services and deleting your account.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
